Bulkliner Group is a licensed commercial brokerage and strategic sourcing company. Traders buy cheap and resell at a markup you never see. We do not. We connect enterprise buyers directly with verified manufacturers worldwide, structure the contract, negotiate factory-direct volume pricing, enforce quality control and coordinate cross-border logistics. Our fee is stated up front.
Where are Bulkliner Group's offices located?
We run two licensed entities in the United Arab Emirates. Our commercial brokerage headquarters is at Office No. 35, Al Wasl Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, next to Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa Metro Station Exit 2. Our free zone trading and logistics entity is in Sharjah Media City Free Zone (Shams), Al Messaned, Sharjah.
How does Bulkliner verify the credibility of international manufacturers?
We run a 7-point supplier audit on every manufacturer. We verify the government business registration, review financial solvency, audit plant capacity and machinery, and check past export records. We confirm the certifications that apply: ISO 9001, CE, ASTM, API, RoHS. Then an independent inspector such as SGS, TÜV or Bureau Veritas verifies the site. Nothing is signed before that.
What order quantities and minimum order thresholds (MOQs) do you handle?
We handle B2B commercial procurement only. That means container-load orders (FCL), bulk vessel charters, recurring factory supply agreements and project-scale requisitions. Minimum order values vary by commodity: a full container load (20ft or 40ft FCL) for building materials and metals, or a commercial production batch for custom OEM manufacturing.
How quickly can Bulkliner respond with a sourcing proposal?
Send us your technical specification and volumes, and you get a preliminary review and sourcing strategy within 48 hours. That is our standard SLA. Custom-engineered OEM projects and specialised commodities take 3 to 5 business days for a full supplier matrix and cost model.
How are payment terms and financial transactions structured?
We use standard international trade banking instruments that protect both the buyer and the manufacturer. Common ones are irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC at sight or usance), bank guarantees, escrow, and payment milestones tied to third-party inspection releases. Funds are only released against verified quality milestones, and you see every release.
