What a Bulkliner Factory Audit Involves
A convincing website is not a factory. Before you send a deposit, we check the company is registered, solvent, and physically capable of making what you ordered - in person, on the floor.
The most expensive sourcing mistake is not buying badly. It is paying a company that was never going to manufacture anything. Trading companies present themselves as factories. ISO certificates get edited in a PDF reader. A plant that looks impressive in photographs may not own the machine your part needs. So we check. We pull the company registration from the national registry and read what it actually permits - a trading licence and a manufacturing licence are not the same thing. We verify certificate numbers against the issuing body rather than accepting the document. We send someone to walk the floor, count the machines and look at the reject area. We review past export records and financial standing. You get a written report on each candidate, and a clear recommendation.

We perform multi-step verification: we cross-check corporate tax returns and industrial power consumption records where available, examine business registration licenses for manufacturing vs. trading scopes, inspect factory title deeds, and dispatch inspectors to conduct live video walkthroughs and physical visits inspecting production machinery in active operation.
What happens if a shortlisted supplier fails the physical audit?
If a supplier fails our strict 7-point audit (e.g. failing quality controls, falsified credentials, or severe capacity deficits), we immediately disqualify them, document all non-conformances in the audit report, and activate the pre-screened secondary candidate from our sourcing matrix at no additional fee.
