Privacy Policy & Data Protection

1. Introduction & Statutory Scope

Bulkliner Group (operating via Bulkliner International Commercial Brokerage L.L.C, Dubai mainland, and Bulkliner International LLC, Sharjah Media City Free Zone) respects the privacy and confidentiality of its corporate clients, suppliers, and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, store, process, and protect corporate commercial data and personal identification information in strict compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL), as well as applicable international standards including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where cross-border data transfer applies.

2. Information We Collect

In our capacity as a commercial brokerage and strategic sourcing management firm, we collect and process the following categories of information:

• Corporate Identification: Trade names, registered entity numbers, registered physical office addresses, tax registration numbers (TRN), and commercial licenses.
• Procurement Requisition Data: Bill of Materials (BOM), CAD/CAM engineering blueprints, material specification sheets, testing criteria, target budgets, and delivery timelines submitted through our Request for Quotation (RFQ) portal.
• Authorized Representative Details: Names, corporate email addresses, direct telephone numbers, mobile/WhatsApp numbers, and executive job titles of procurement officers and corporate signatories.
• Technical Telemetry & Cookies: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser variants, referring URLs, and session duration collected to ensure web portal security and bot deterrence.

3. Lawful Basis & Purpose of Data Processing

We process information strictly for legitimate commercial brokerage purposes, including:

• Evaluating technical procurement specifications and preparing actionable factory sourcing proposals.
• Running due diligence and solvency checks on manufacturers and buyers before we work with them.
• Drafting and executing bilateral Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), Letters of Credit (LC), and Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreements (NCNDA).
• Coordinating customs clearance, import documentation attestation, and maritime freight logistics through UAE ports.
• Maintaining regulatory compliance records required by UAE commercial trade laws and anti-money laundering (AML/CFT) frameworks.

4. Commercial Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

Unlike consumer websites, Bulkliner Group operates in high-stakes B2B trade where technical designs and supplier rosters constitute valuable commercial trade secrets. We maintain a strict confidentiality protocol:

• Client engineering drawings and BOMs are disclosed exclusively to shortlisted, NDA-bound manufacturing plants evaluated for your project.
• We do not sell, rent, or commercialize client rosters, purchasing data, or contact directories to marketing agencies or unauthorized third parties.
• All commercial transactions are governed by enforceable Non-Circumvention covenants safeguarding buyer and supplier relationships.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Because our sourcing network operates across international manufacturing hubs (including China, India, Turkey, Vietnam, the EU, and the United States), your procurement data may be transferred to accredited inspection surveyors (e.g. SGS, TÜV) or audited factories abroad. Such transfers are executed strictly under bilateral confidentiality agreements guaranteeing adequate data protection.

6. Data Retention & Security Controls

We apply physical, technical and managerial safeguards-including encrypted SSL/TLS data transmission, role-based access restrictions, and secure server environments. Commercial transaction records are retained for the statutory minimum period mandated by UAE commercial accounting laws (typically 5 to 7 years) before secure deletion.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, you maintain the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data processed by Bulkliner Group.
• The right to request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete corporate contact data.
• The right to request erasure or restriction of processing where data is no longer necessary for the commercial mandate.
